Cancellation Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping:
When You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier. To cancel, please contact us immediately at:

If your order has not been processed, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
After Shipping:
Once your order is shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. However, you may still be eligible for a return after receiving the product (see Return Policy below).
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Then item can be returned only if it is defective, torn or stained with appropriate pictures uploaded.
- In case there is size issue, the item can only be exchanged.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Personalized, custom-made, or final-sale items cannot be returned.
- To initiate a return, please email us at customersupport@yourfashionstory.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by us, we will bear the return shipping cost.
- For size issues and exchange customer needs to bear the shipping cost.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will:
Approve or reject the refund based on product condition
If approved, initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed
Please note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe:
Check your bank account or payment app again.
Contact your credit card company or payment provider.

6. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges only in case of size issues.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
