1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping:

When You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier. To cancel, please contact us immediately at:

If your order has not been processed, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund to your original payment method.

After Shipping:

Once your order is shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. However, you may still be eligible for a return after receiving the product (see Return Policy below).

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Then item can be returned only if it is defective, torn or stained with appropriate pictures uploaded.
  • In case there is size issue, the item can only be exchanged.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Personalized, custom-made, or final-sale items cannot be returned.
  • To initiate a return, please email us at customersupport@yourfashionstory.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by us, we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For size issues and exchange customer needs to bear the shipping cost.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will:

  • Approve or reject the refund based on product condition

  • If approved, initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed

Please note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account or payment app again.

  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at customersupport@yourfashionstory.com

6. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only in case of size issues.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
